【剧情简介】
盲童穆罕默德只能用手感知世界，但他仍然热爱生活，爱自己的父亲、祖母和妹妹。穆罕默德的父亲也是一个不幸的人，失去了妻子，眼盲的儿子显然是他开始新生活的障碍。为了减轻负担，父亲将穆罕默德送去学木匠，这引发了父亲与祖母间的激烈冲突。
祖母去世，彻底打破了父亲再婚的希望。在父亲的内心深处，穆罕默德似乎是他一切不幸的根源。沮丧的父亲把墨曼带到森林深处，在经过一个独木桥时，墨曼掉到湍急的河水之中......在将要失去儿子的危急时刻，父亲才感悟到儿子对自己的真正意义。
【关于影片】
虽然看不见世界，但他相信是天堂般的世界，这就是故事中盲童的坚定信念。马吉德·马吉迪把满腔热血倾注在儿童身上，并深深为此痴迷。《天堂的颜色》沿用《天堂的孩子》的写实技法，并倾注了更多的怜悯。同样是盲童题材的还有穆森·马克马巴夫的《万籁俱寂》，穆森关心的是用听觉感受到的世界本身，而马吉德·马吉迪则用聆听营造感人的氛围与情感张力。本片极力淡化的情节结构与戏剧冲突，细腻地展现了弱势群体生存的状态。此片获得众多殊荣，比如蒙特利尔影展最佳影片；代表伊朗角逐2000年奥斯卡最佳外语片等。
